Kohsamui-hotes.org is an online hotel reservation service that emphasize on marketing quality hotel accommodations available on the island of Koh Samui and provides you with information on the amenities and facilities, offered rates and available discounts on hotel rack rates of the properties available with us
Reservations & Payments
1.) Select the hotel that your prefer from drop-down menu list on the right top of Koh Samui hotels page then click to Reservation Button will go to hotel reservation form.
2.) Full fill your reservation detail, please don't forget you e-mail address, we will reply your request by e-mail.
3.) After submit your enquiry reservation your booking will be checked by our reservation staff and you can expect a confirmation within 12 hours, depending on time zones. If your reservation is available, you will receive payment/deposit instructions via email.
4.) Payment can be made by credit card to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption by PayPal. We do not recommend any personal information or credit card payments to be via a regular email.
5.) After make an deposit payment with in period date you will be
receiving deposit answer by e-mail with your reservation and deposit
detail. After the balance payment of
booking is paid, you will be receiving the hotel voucher from us. The
hotel voucher and passport much be present to hotel upon arrival.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email reservation@kohsamui-hotels.org or Fax (66) 4 323 8413
- The deposit secures the reservation is non-refundable.
- If cancelled after balance payment date (will be advise at Email), the balance amount is also
non-refundable.
- Non-refundable in case of no-show and early check outs.
Privacy Policy
We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information, and we have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy.
We use order forms that allow you to safe and secure book a hotel room. We collect your name, e-mail address, and credit card information. This information is used to process and check orders. We also use this information to contact you in case there is a question or problem with a reservation.
Your personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number is not released to third parties, except if release is required by law, or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.
