1. Origin

Chianti Classico region of Italy is located in the heart of Tuscany. These wines are made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on hillsides between 200-600 meters above sea level. 2. Aroma and Appearance

When it comes to aroma, Chianti Classico wines have a distinctive fragrance that is hard to miss. It usually has notes of cherry, leather, violet flowers, and spices, often accompanied by hints of tobacco or tea leaves on the palate. The colour can range from light brown to deep red with garnet highlights depending on how long they were aged before being bottled.
